Event Details

Join us on April 28 for a discussion of how the pieces of the physical environment interact with each other economically.

CNU-Houston President Andrew Burleson will be presenting “Property Value Theory,” a preview of the material he was invited to present at CNU-18. Property Value Theory offers new terminology for describing the components of the built environment, illuminates a pattern of how these components tend to interact, and provides a rational, fiscal justification for sound design practices.

Burleson’s presentation will outline the theory, provide local examples of its patterns in action, suggest ways individuals, businesses, and cities can employ this knowledge to their benefit, and discuss the future research needed to further improve the theoretical framework.

This event is free and open to the public. Please join us, and bring any interested friends and coworkers along as well! The event is being held at New Living: Green Building + Home Store. You can view driving and parking directions on their website.
